SHIPPING POLICY
1. Product origin
We are an international eCommerce company that works to offer the best quality at the most competitive price. We carefully choose premium ingredients and materials in many countries (including Europe, Asia, America, etc) with manufacturing systems based in Southeast Asia and ship our products by using our partnership with USPS and other partners.
2. Order and tracking information
When you placed an order successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from our store. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the confirmation email in your mailbox.
When the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking information email. You can click on the tracking link to follow your order status. If you cannot find your tracking number or tracking link, please contact us at garenshopping68@gmail.com with the order number so that we can give you the best support.
3. Shipping time
The arrival date will vary depending on destinations. We can only suggest the estimated delivery time. Please kindly refer to it as follows:
Processing time: 5-7 business days
Shipping time:
– United States: 12-20 business days
– Other countries: 12-30 business days
4. Shipping delays
The shipping time can be lengthened on some special occasions such as holidays, natural disasters, pandemic, strict control of customs, delivery area etc… We will send you an email if we notice any delay during the shipment process of your order.
5. Change order’s information
If your order has wrong information such as: wrong shipping address, wrong size or color, please kindly contact us as soon as possible and give us the correct information so that we can give you the best support.
However, we can only change your order’s information within 12 hours from the time of purchase. After this time, we are unable to make sure that we can change it or not.
GAREN will be unable to take charge of the refund in some following cases:
– The tracking system shows “DELIVERED” status at the address provided by the customers
– The customers refuses to receive the products
– The carriers have attempted to redeliver the packages so many times.
