RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the order you received, we invite you to review Our Return and Refund policies
1. How to send a refund/refund request?
We only accept the return requests sent to us within 5 days since you received your order. If these 5 days have passed, you will not be offered any refund and/or return of any kind.
To initiate a return/refund request, please send us an email to garenshopping68@gmail.com.
– Order number
– Video or pictures of the received product with its issue
– Size tag/sticker (if any)
2. Return conditions
We only accept returns and refunds if the items are wrong, defective or damaged due to our errors, and the item must be unused and in its original condition;
Please bear in mind that we do not refund products that come with an order as gifts
Note:
– The return shipping fee is at the customer’s expense
– The store representative’s authorization is required for the return request.
– When returning the order, the customer must provide us with a valid tracking number showing that the order is being returned to us, and the carrier’s name so that we can follow the return process
3. Return refusals
We will NOT accept the returns or exchanges in the situations below::
– The customer(s) change their mind
– The item(s) have been used or washed
– The item(s) have been delivered with the correct size and/or correct color as in order.
– The item(s) have been damaged after several uses.
– The items that are available for promotional offers.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive the order you returned to us, we will notify you via email. We will also let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment, within 5-7 days.
5. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please check with your original payment method if you do not receive the refund after receiving the confirmation email.
If you try all the ways but still do not receive the refund, please contact us via garenshopping68@gmail.com.
6. Cancellation policy
Within 6 hours of purchasing time, if you wish to cancel the order, please contact us at garenshopping68@gmail.com. Any cancellation request sent after 6 hours will not be accepted.
All the order information will be automatically printed on the shipping label, and we need to pay the management, processing, and transaction fees, which cost us 10% of the total order value, so please be aware that this cost will be charged for the cancellation.
